Serving approximately 650 students aged 3 to 18, There are about 450 students in high school, two classes per year group. Class size around 25 students per class. Colegio Obradoiro provides a comprehensive education from early childhood through to the Bachillerato (upper secondary) level. The school is coeducational and operates as a day school.

Live like a Spanish teen in a Spanish High school and stay with a local family

In 4º ESO (Transition Year), the final year of compulsory secondary education in Spain, students engage in a rigorous curriculum that includes core subjects such as Mathematics, Spanish, Galician, English, History, Biology, Physics & Chemistry, and Physical Education. Instead of classes of Galician, our Irish Students enjoy small classes of Extra Spanish to help them with their comprehension. Moreover subjects can be changed or dropped completely to fit the Irish students requirements - any spare time can be spent earning voluntary hours of work experience such as shadowing teachers in the Infants or Primary school sections. Or by partaking in monitored 'teen chat' conversation classes with Spanish students who are working on their English fluency.

Additionally, students have the opportunity to choose electives like Technology, Visual Arts, or Music, allowing them to tailor their education to their interests.
